4. Account Registration

To access course progression, code execution, quizzes, and subscriptions, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

8. Quizzes and Assessments

Quizzes, practice problems, and weekly championship tests are designed to evaluate student understanding. Automated grading, XP points, and streak calculations are executed by platform evaluation algorithms. Any attempt to manipulate quiz timers, exploit browser vulnerabilities, or submit automated bot answers constitutes a violation of these Terms.

9. AI-Generated Content & Disclosures

Portions of explanations, practice questions, code annotations, and conversational tutoring responses on the Platform may be assisted or generated by Artificial Intelligence systems. AI-generated output may occasionally contain technical inaccuracies, outdated references, or incomplete code. Students are advised to exercise critical thinking and verify technical specifications.

10. AI Assistant Usage

The interactive AI Assistant (“Odia AI Guru”) is provided strictly to answer technical questions relating to the curriculum. Users must not submit abusive, obscene, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful prompts, nor attempt prompt injection or jailbreaking attacks against the AI infrastructure.

11. Python / Code Execution Features

The Platform provides an in-browser code editor and execution sandbox for practicing Python programs. The code execution environment is sandboxed and subject to resource limits (execution time, memory limits, network restrictions). You strictly agree NOT to use the execution environment for:

• Creating, distributing, or executing malware, viruses, trojans, or ransomware.
• Performing unauthorized network scanning, port probing, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or server intrusion.
• Cryptocurrency mining or unauthorized distributed computing.
• Attempting to break out of sandboxing containers or access underlying server infrastructure.

12. Gamification (XP, Streaks & Badges)

Experience points (XP), daily streaks, levels, and digital badges are virtual motivational rewards within the Platform. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real currency, and cannot be transferred or traded between accounts.

13. Leaderboards & Fair Play

Global and module leaderboards showcase student achievements based on genuine quiz attempts and learning activity. We reserve the right to audit leaderboard rankings and disqualify, reset, or adjust the XP/scores of accounts found using automated scripts, multi-accounting, or unfair methods.

14. Subscription Plans

15. Pricing & Taxes

Subscription fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future subscription periods. Any price adjustments will apply only to subsequent purchases or renewals and will not affect an already active, paid subscription term.

16. Payment Processing

Payments on the Platform are processed through certified third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). AI in ଓଡ଼ିଆ does not store, collect, or process full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or bank netbanking passwords. All payment transactions are subject to the security standards, terms, and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

17. Subscription Activation

Upon successful verification of payment by our payment gateway and webhook confirmation, your subscription access is activated immediately for a period of 365 calendar days from the date of activation.

18. Subscription Expiry & Renewal

Unless renewed, access to premium curriculum tiers, advanced coding sandboxes, and certificate generation expires at the end of the 365-day subscription term. Your earned badges, historical quiz scores, and student profile remain preserved.

19. Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal or request account closure at any time via your student subscription dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation prevents subsequent billing cycles. Access to the current paid term continues until the active expiry date.

20. Refunds

Refund requests, duplicate charge corrections, and failed activation investigations are handled under our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which governs eligibility criteria and timelines subject to applicable law.

21. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use AI in ଓଡ଼ିଆ exclusively for lawful, constructive educational purposes. You must treat fellow learners, instructors, and support staff with mutual respect in all community interactions.

22. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in:

• Automated scraping, crawling, or extracting of course videos, code exercises, or quiz questions.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing curriculum content or user accounts.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling platform software or evaluation engines.
• Circumventing access control systems, paywalls, or feature entitlement checks.

23. Intellectual Property Rights
